Bio

Game Development

With over 20 years in the software industry my experience includes working both as an individual contributor and as a technical manager building teams in the US and abroad. I’ve developed casual games for LEGO, Adult Swim, Star Wars, Nokia and Verizon, among other Fortune 500 companies. I’ve worked as Director of Development for the Online Game team at MTV Networks specializing in synchronous multiplayer games, Large Animal Games developing Facebook Social Games, and built a browser based virtual world. My most recent project has been a mobile app for interactive children stories.

The Arts

While studying computer science, I earned a B.F.A. in Drawing and Painting at UNT. I was also a member of Good/Bad Art Collective where I started exploring new media work by incorporating computers, video, installation and performance. I was also a member of Mission Giant, an experimental electronic group whose performances featured video projections that became increasingly elaborate and conceptual. Recently my work has shifted to researching, designing, and constructing experimental electronic devices influenced by early analog synthesizers.
